Purchase Acknowledgement

Natural stone and ceramic tiles are products of nature or natural raw materials. As such, there may be natural variations in colour, texture, pattern, and size between individual tiles and between different production batches.

The tile delivered may differ slightly from the sample or image viewed prior to purchase. Re-orders from a different production batch may not perfectly match your original purchase. By placing an order with Lithos, you acknowledge and accept these inherent characteristics of natural tile products.

Sample Representation

Tile samples are provided for colour, texture, and finish reference only. Due to their small size, samples may not fully represent the complete movement, veining, pattern distribution, or overall visual impact of a full installation.

We recommend viewing samples in your intended installation environment and under your actual lighting conditions before confirming your order.

Installation & Liability

It is the client's responsibility to inspect all tiles prior to installation. A thorough inspection should cover colour consistency, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and any visible defects.

Once tiles have been cut, laid, or installed in any way, Lithos cannot accept returns or responsibility for visible defects that should have been identified during pre-installation inspection. Lithos accepts no liability for any costs arising from installation, removal, or replacement of defective tiles that were installed without prior inspection and written notification to our team.

Product Images & Digital Representation

Product images on our website and in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Please be aware of the following limitations:

• Batch Variations — Actual tile colours, patterns, and textures may vary between production batches. Images are photographed from a specific batch and may not represent future stock exactly.
• Lighting Conditions — Images are photographed under controlled studio lighting. Your tiles may appear different under natural daylight, warm, or cool artificial lighting in your space.
• Monitor Settings — Colour accuracy as displayed on your screen depends on your monitor's calibration, brightness settings, and colour profile. Digital representations are not guaranteed to be a true match.
